Maggie姐姐沒錯喇我們都看愛ni-hon food! 特別是愛美一族喇….. 本人認為日本野比較瘦…所以不妨多吃!

Brisbane正宗的日本料理真係十只手指都數得哂! 哈哈…所以今日要同大家介紹的日本餐廳是SONO(圓).

SONO位於CBD Queen Street (Winter Garden的斜對面), 所以可以說是100%容易找到…沿樓梯上一層就到了…一進去就有幾個穿和服的姐姐(Um正確來說應該是浴衣)…每個都服務得很周到…絕對讓我們有視覺跟味覺的享受!

本人很喜歡喝sake…. 今次我們點了北海道的代表”男山”先生 (approx. $38)…冷飲口感不錯…甜度辣度適中…是魚生的伴侶*v* [更好喝的冷飲sake有”大鈐釀” and/ “久保田”…. 它們都是好酒好酒…可以試試!!]

喝着sake…我們自創了一個Sashimi plater, 內含- tuna belly, scallops, sea urchin, king fish (approx. $90). 總括來說很新鮮…. 特別是海膽…. 好吃!!;>… 本人的老媽子都encore了一個海膽手卷.

主食方面, 我們order了冷烏冬, 海膽手卷跟soft shell crab…. 好吃好吃…. 特別欣賞軟殼蟹的酸汁…配冷烏冬 jeng!^^ SONO又怎麼會忘記喜歡吃牛的朋友呢? 有味道不錯的Waygu牛牛吃的…可是今次沒點..

 

 甜品方面呢, 我們點了Mt. Fuji (即火炎雪山) 和一個3色拼盤 (approx. $1 5 each). 火炎雪山有4層: 最底是sponge cake, 之後是green tea ice-cream 跟紅莓果jam, 然后d ’雪’ 呢就是蛋白…. 在蛋白上灑rum酒然後點着佢! 幾特別!! 第2道甜品3色拼盤包括有honey cake (green tea flavour), 日本紅豆+rice cake 和芒果jelly with yogurt…. Um…都挺好吃….. 我腳得雪山比較好吃hmhmmm…

Sports News Update (BPL)

As a well known fact that soccer is a very common sport in Hong Kong and lots of people follow the Barclays Premier League. For the members that don't follow soccer, let me do a brief introduction about the BPL. It is the top division football league of England and many famous soccer stars are/were in it, include the former World Footballer of the year Cristiano Ronaldo, former England captain David Beckham etc. There are 4 dominant teams in the BPL which is called the "Big Four", they are Manchester United, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal (=_=").

As a die hard fan of soccer, I will be here to conclude the results of BPL each week. This week, I picked two good matches to share with everyone.

The first game is Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester City, Man City defeated Hotspur convincingly with a score of 5-1, Edin Dzeko scored 4 goals and the newbie of BPL Sergio Aguero scored one. Manchester City has a promising start of the season with 3 wins and they are coming second in BPL at the moment.

The second game is between Manchester United and Arsenal. As a well known fact that Manchester United and Arsenal are the biggest rivals for the last few years and the score is always very tight. Surprisingly, this year's score line is a bit different. Manchester United defeated Arsenal with a score of 8-2. It doesn't sounds normal, does it? Unfortunate it is the truth. Wayne Ronney scored a hat trick (3 goals), Danny Welbeck scored one, Ashley Young scored two and Park Ji Sung scored one. Theo Walcott and Robin Van Persie scored for Arsenal. So now u might wonder howcome the scoreline was so ridiculous for this game. In my opinion, Arsenal sold too many good players and the new players are struggling to adapt to the team.

香港人普遍都比較鍾意日本既野。

無論係衣著、髮型、口味都會以日式為主，

日本既野都成為大多數香港年輕人既潮流指標。

係食野既方面，大部分人亦都會偏愛食日本菜，

因為日本菜味道清淡得黎又類型比較多，而且又同中菜既味道一樣多變化。

唔會好似西餐咁得牛排同薯條，意大利餐既意粉同薄餅咁單調。

而係Brisbane既日本菜大多數都係日本人開既，

所以我地好容易就可以食到正宗日本家居式便當喇！

今次我地UQHKSA介紹比大家既係位於Hawken Drive既日本菜EDAMAME。

佢係位於好幾間餐廳之間，郵局對面，而唔係係正超級市場旁邊。

大部分既日本餐廳都會有拉麵、鐵板燒、天婦羅等基本便當。

今次我地介紹既日本餐廳有除上述幾種之外，仲有其他唔同類型既餐點，

例如：居酒屋小食、大福、鐵板式炒麵、茶漬飯、甚至乎大阪燒！！

依Ｄ餐點並唔係度度都有得食嫁，仲要正宗既日本人整添！

返到香港都唔係咁容易食得到啦！

就算係香港搵到類似咁既類型餐廳，用料同價錢都一定唔同！

依家每一個餐都係15至20蚊左右，縱使依家澳元匯率咁高，

對換返港紙都係大概160蚊左右。160蚊邊有咁新鮮又咁特別既日本餐呀！

同埋前派有報紙報導，香港好多日本餐既食物都超出衛生指標。

澳洲既衛生管理又十分嚴格，而依間餐廳有衛生局頒發衛生証明書，

確保食物既衛生同品質有一定既水準。咁大家就可以食得開心又安心啦！

而EDAMAME有咩好食呢？對完全未試既朋友，我本人提議可以試試佢既套餐。

套餐會有味增湯、沙律、燒墨魚丸、白飯同一種肉既主菜，方便又簡單！

而想食得清淡D既就可以考慮佢地既茶漬飯。

同湯飯有些少相似，少油得黎又唔會完全無味！

想試D特別D既就可以試下鐵板式炒麵，感覺係日式既炒公仔麵，

我本人試過，味道都唔錯嫁！

What's On in September: Brisbane Riverfire.

It's Riverfire again! Every year in the first week of September, Brisbane's skies ignite with a spectacular display of fireworks.  This event draws millions of people to gather along the Brisbane River to witness the massive show.  Apparently there will be some "surprises" this year?  

If you're new to Brisbane, then you definitely should check out the annual Brisbane Riverfire!  

Date: Sat 3rd September

Time: 7:00pm (Be at least 1-2 hours early to get a good spot!) 

Where: Southbank or around the CBD with good views of the River.

Hawken Drive越南餐

大家係UQ返學時間既Lunch通常會食D咩呢？

係UQ未水浸之前，我個人就鍾意食Pizza Cafe同Bookshop Cafe啦。

但係水浸之後，Bookshop Cafe就無左，
Pizza Cafe就越黎越貴喎。(其實係其他野都越黎越貴。)

平均都要十幾蚊一餐，對於我地依D學生仔黎講都真係幾沉重既負擔！

更何況日日都食炸野同麵包，唔覺得熱氣都會厭啦！

今次我地UQHKSA就介紹一間經濟又實惠既越南餐啦！

唔知大家知唔知學校附近有一個小小食野既地方呢？

佢距離412巴士站大概15分鐘腳程，可以搭412/428，一個站就到嫁啦！

個度叫Hawken Drive，個度有好多唔同既食肆。

有中、日、越、泰、意各種餐廳，價錢有平有中等。

咁我地今次介紹既越南餐廳既位置係超級市場對面。

依一間越南餐由我大一就食到依家， 係一間好樸素家庭既餐廳。

咁多年黎，我每一次幫襯都剩係見到老闆娘同老闆係度返工。

佢地既型式係碟頭飯既型式，平均一個餐都係8蚊咋！

依家係成個Brisbane真係無咩地方可以8蚊一個飯。

佢地最受歡迎既餐係炸雞翼飯同煎豬排飯。

而我個人就比較喜愛食煎既野，無論豬、牛、雞、魚、羊我全部都鍾意！

平時係堂與堂之間有空檔又或落左堂既朋友，不妨去試一試，

希望可以令到大家係食飯時間多一個選擇啦！＝］
